Members in the following categories will be covered by Medicaid :

Members eligible for home and community-based services.

Members who are dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid.

Members in nursing home, intermediate care facilities for the intellectually disabled, and state-operated facilities.

Private pay home care is home care that you or your loved ones pay out of existing assets or savings. This type of care is sometimes referred to as “private duty” or “out of pocket care”.
